Mineral and bone disorders are common in chronic hemodialysis. Their consequences justify prevention and treatment adapted to the recommendations of learned societies. The objective of our study was to determine the phosphocalcic status of our chronic hemodialysis patients and the evaluation of the compliance rates of the indicators to the KDIGO recommendations. Thus, we performed a multicenter cross-sectional study involving 486 patients. The compliance of the phosphocalcic indicators in our chronic hemodialysis patients compared to the KDIGO recommendations was of the order of 24.27%, which shows that severe hyperparathyroidism seems to affect a large part of our chronic hemodialysis patients who most often have a in charge of therapeutics and inadequate biological monitoring given the difficult economic context.
