Abstract
CAD/CAM and prosthetic solutions for patients with special needs: case reports

Chairside care and prosthetic rehabilitation of special needs patients are often difficult steps to achieve. In this context, the contribution of optical impressions and computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) make it possible to facilitate the taking of impressions and reduce the number of clinical sessions. The objective of this article was to show different prosthetic solutions obtained with CAD/CAM in patients with special needs, from the youngest age to the oldest, considering their grievances or those of the family, the difficulties related to their condition and the different technologies available to us.
