Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent un cas de gliome naso-palatin polylobé, en bissac, à localisation intra nasale et palatine gauche.
Le gliome nasal est une malformation congénitale rare se présentant comme une masse nasale composée de tissu neuroglial hétéropique résultant d’une anomalie au cours du développement embryonnaire.
C’est une tumeur bénigne qui s’intègre dans le cadre nosologique des masses de la ligne médiane. Cette malformation pose avant tout un problème diagnostique car souvent pris à tort pour une méningo-encéphalocèle ou un kyste dermoïde nasal.
La localisation naso-palatine, en sablier, est extrêmement rare voire exceptionnelle ;
La Tomodensitométrie (TDM) a permis le bilan lésionnel précis et a guidé le choix de la technique chirurgicale. L’exérèse chirurgicale a été faite avec succès sans récidive.
L’examen histologique de la pièce opératoire a confirmé la nature neurogliale astrocytaire de la tumeur. La localisation palatine de la tumeur pédiculée à celle de la fosse nasale gauche est la particularité diagnostique et surtout histologique de cette malformation congénitale.

Abstract

The authors report a case of glioma nasopalatine Multifoil in wallet, location-intra nasal and palatal left.
The nasal glioma is a rare congenital malformation presenting as a nasal mass composed of neuroglial tissue heteropias resulting from an abnormality in embryonic development.
It is a benign tumor that fits into the nosology of the masses of the midline. This abnormality arises primarily a diagnostic problem because often mistaken for a meningo-encephalocele or a nasal dermoid cyst.
Localization nose and palate, an hourglass, is extremely rare if not exceptional;
The Computed Tomography (CT) has enabled the accurate assessment of injury and has guided the choice of surgical technique. The resection was done successfully without recurrence.
Histology examination of the surgical specimen confirmed the nature of astrocytic neuroglial tumor. The location of the tumor pedicle palate to that of the left nostril is special and especially histological diagnosis of this congenital malformation.
