Résumé

On prescrit les médicaments souvent et en grandes quantités, on soulage parfois, mais on déclenche aussi des intolérances, des allergies, voire des troubles digestifs ou cutanés. C'est une des raisons, la principale peut-être, pour explorer ailleurs. Le lecteur va découvrir, à travers cet article, la mésothérapie, une conception thérapeutique nouvelle et simple qui vise à rapprocher le lieu de la thérapeutique du lieu de la pathologie pour une plus grande efficacité.
Afin de tester l'efficacité de cette technique en médecine dentaire, nous avons traité par mésothérapie 16 patients présentant des phénomènes algo-inflammatoires avec, pour témoins 21 patients ayant la même symptomatologie et le même diagnostic mais traités classiquement au moyens de prescriptions médicamenteuses par voie générale. Une régression de l'inflammation ainsi qu'une amélioration de l'état douloureux étaient observés dans un délai plus court chez les patients traités par mésothérapie ; il serait donc intéressant, en évaluant le rapport « qualité/efficacité - coût et sécurité », d'encourager la pratique de la mésothérapie en médecine dentaire.

Abstract
Efficiency of mesotherapy in dental medicine. About 16 clinical cases

We often prescribe drugs in large quantities, it may help to relieve, but it also triggers intolerances, allergies or even digestive or skin problems. This is one reason, perhaps the main, to explore elsewhere. The reader will discover, through this article, mesotherapy; a new and simple therapeutic that aims to approximate the location of the therapeutic to the place of the pathology for greater efficiency.
To test the effectiveness of this technique in dentistry, we treated by mesotherapy, 16 patients with phenomena of algo-inflammation, and as witnesses, 21 patients with the same symptoms and same diagnosis but conventionally treated by drugs prescriptions. A regression of the inflammation and an improvement in the painful condition were observed at a shorter time among patients treated with mesotherapy; it would be interesting, by evaluating the ratio « quality/ cost - effectiveness and safety », to encourage the practice of mesotherapy in dentistry.
