Abstract
Immediate unimaxillary complete denture: double issues

The transition of the partial edentulous to the unimaxillary complete edentulous is a complex situation. Indeed, it combines the difficulties associated with the immediate complete removable prosthesis (at the preprosthetic step and at the realization one) and those altering the occlusal organization opposing arch toothed (versions, egressions, coronary decays and diverse deformations of bone and mucous tissue). Therefore, this type of treatment requires an initial diagnostic reflection.
This article does not purport to address all issues related to this type of edentulous but rather to illustrate, through a clinical case, some diagnostic and technical difficulties and try to resolve them by a therapeutic leaning on a well-codified methodology.
