Tuberculosis involving the central nervous system is rarely observed in non immuno compromised host.
We report a case of pulmonary and brainstorm tuberculoma on a 26 year old woman, HIV seronegative. The cranial CT Scan revealed numerous surrounded hypodense lesions located at both cerebral hemispheres which presented ring like enhancement after contrast injection. Chest X ray revealed retiform shadow. Investigation for acid- fast bacilli in sputum and cerebrospinal fluid was positive.
Clinical and radiological outcome after medical treatment were favourable.
