The authors report a case of Forestier’s illness (spinal hyperostosis sheathing) revealed by a progressive dysphagia and incidentally discovered during a barium swallow pharyngoesophageal. Indeed the results in the framework of the etiological research highlighted earlier extensions with discrete vertebral bone casting between the second and third cervical vertebrae.
The treatment consisted of the prescription (anti inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxant and a redesign of the supply. This observation presents an iconography and anecdotal interest.
