Occurrence of genital prolapse during pregnancy is a rare situation that poses the problem of materno-fetal prognosis. We report here a case of cervical prolapse in stage 3, suddenly occurred at the 34th of a monofetal pregnancy in a 24-year-old nulliparous. We reduced the prolapse without difficulty but in the long term, at the beginning of the labour delivery, the cervix was externalized again. We reduced it again in order to attempt a delivery by natural routes. At 5 cm, a stationary dilatation followed by a recurrence of the exteriorization of the cervix. A caesarean section was thus carried out allowing the birth of a healthy child weighing 3200gr. At the end of the Caesarean section the cervix was manually reduced and the progression was favorable with the observation of the total regression of the prolapse at the postnatal visit at 6 weeks. This observation allows us to discuss the physio-pathological mechanisms and the possibilities of the management of the prolapse during the pregnancy.
