Abstract
Background: Clear Aligner Therapy/treatment (CAT) has become a universally accepted orthodontic treatment modality amongst orthodontists worldwide. The rapid technological advancements in aesthetic dentistry, artificial intelligence and digital dentistry have propelled its use, making it a competitive alternative to fixed orthodontic appliances. The aim of this study was therefore to assess the perceptions and practice of Clear Aligner Therapy among Nigerian orthodontic practitioners (Orthodontists and Orthodontic residents).

. Treatment for oral health conditions is expensive and usually not part of universal health coverage (UHC).
