Résumé

Le cavum est une localisation rare des corps étrangers en ORL. Nous rapportons 3 cas de corps étrangers du cavum. La tentative d’extraction au doigt par l’entourage était la cause de l’impaction du corps étranger dans le nasopharynx chez nos patients. Le diagnostic a été posé par la radiographie des voies respiratoires incluant le cavum. La prise en charge était basée sur l’extraction par voie endobuccale sous anesthésie générale.

Summary
Foreign body of the nasopharynx secondary to a finger extraction attempt. About three cases in infants

Nasopharynx is a rare localization of foreign bodies in ENT. We report 3 cases of foreign bodies of the nasopharynx. The attempted finger extraction was the cause of impaction of the foreign body in the nasopharynx in our patients. The diagnosis was made by radiography of the airways including the nasopharynx. Management was based on endobuccal extraction under general anesthesia.
