Perforation of a stomach or duodenal peptic ulcer is rarely followed in the short term by haemorrhage due to peptic ulcer. We relate at a 32-year-old man, a gastro duodenal haemorrhage arisen in the 8th day after a suture- closure, omentoplasty for gastric perforation due to peptic ulcer while the patient was still under resuscitation, inhibitors of peptic secretion and antibiotics for Helicobacter pylori eradication. After vascular filling, wash in the ice-cold and haemostatic water, the evolution was favourable.
