Abstract
Introduction: Odontogenic myxoma is a benign mesenchymal tumor with locally infiltrative and destructive features. It was first described in 1863 by Virchow. This tumor is rare, representing 3% of odontogenic tumors and commonly affecting young adults. Its diagnosis relies on clinical, radiological, and histopathological confrontation. Our objective herein, is to report epidemiological, clinical, radiological, histopathological, therapeutic, and prognostic features of this rare tumor.
Observation: We report herein 3 patients whose age ranged between 13 and 15 years, presenting with maxillary (2 cases) and mandibular tumors. After a radiological diagnosis of benign neoplasms, 2 patients underwent tumor enucleation, and the remaining patient has undergone mandibulectomy. The 3 resected specimens had ...

. Oral diseases, while largely preventable, pose a major health burden for many countries and affect people throughout their lifetime, causing pain, discomfort, disfigurement and even death.
. It is estimated that oral diseases affect nearly 3.5 billion people.
. Untreated dental caries (tooth decay) in permanent teeth is the most common health condition according to the Global Burden of Disease 2019.
. Treatment for oral health conditions is expensive and usually not part of universal health coverage (UHC).
