Introduction: Antrochoanal polyps or Killian polyp is benign nasal and maxillary sinus pathology, relatively rare.
Aim: Our task is about reporting clinical and therapeutic characteristics of this pathology in our practice.
Clinical observations: This concerns two cases of antrochoanal polyps revealed by a bilateral nasal obstruction. This diagnosis has been done from an ENT test, the Computerized Tomography (CT) and pre-surgical. For the 2 cases, we observed an important unilateral nasal expression associated with a pharyngeal extension in one case. The treatment was surgical, through canine fossa tract associated with a pharyngeal access, which enabled the total resection of the antrochoanal polyp. The anatomo-pathological test confirmed the polyp in both cases. The progression was satisfactory with a regression of 20 and 24 months.
Conclusion: The development of the CT and the nasal and maxillary sinus surgery through endoscopy should improve the treatment of this disease in our practice.
